"Outstanding, friendly service with a smile from nearly all staff, from reception to bar staff to cleaners. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcomed and valued. "This is an exceptionally nice hotel as a base for the area. A slight walk from Torquay town centre, it does benefit from great sea views (If booked that side) and a fresh looking contemporary design because it felt very new.
