"If your preference is for a modern purpose built hotel, then the Morar hotel might not be for you. It does however offer a spectacular building with feature packed rooms downstairs with grand staircases up to the bedrooms, very clean, modern bathroom in the bedroom we had, unbelievable views from many of the bedroom windows and great food. The staff (Nadia, Tuan, Akram and Trenton) were very friendly and helpful. The location, immediately opposite the station was ideal for us on our railway holiday, but there is plenty of parking too. For me though, to be able to start the day with a 4 minute walk down to the beach and have a wild swim in the sea, before breakfast was just perfect."

"The cute little room was clean and airy, the bathroom products were fully stocked, and a full hot or cold breakfast is provided. The room is up a set of outside stairs just above the restaurant, which has a nice variety of options on the menu. We enjoyed our stay both on the way to Canna and overnight on the return."

"We loved this hotel however, it was clearly understaffed at the restaurant. The wait was long and the servers were inexperienced. No drinks prior to our meals arriving. The food was good but the poor service put all into a bad mood. That being said, there is not a lot of choice in the small areas in the country so we considered ourselves lucky that we had a meal at all. Booking is a must."

"One of , if not , the nicest Hotels I have stayed in whilst away working. Spotlessly clean , very comfortable Large Bed and the Shower was Fantastic. It's all In-Room service and my Room Fridge was adequately stocked with Local Cheeses, Jams , Juice and Salmon. There were Rolls and Crisps also and 2 Large bottles of Prosecco and Still Water. There is also and Self Service Honesty Bar on the Bottom Floor as you enter the Property that was well stocked will local Island Malts and Gins. If I ever return to Mull, I'll definitely be booking this Hotel again."

"Lovely hotel/inn to stay at! The staff were excellent and quite helpful - even with our late arrival. Very comfortable room with private bathroom with shower that works well. Breakfast in the morning was quite good! Thanks for the lovely stay!"
