"The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude!
They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family. I took out my phone and recorded the folks without wristbands and showed it to the lady at the front desk! I didn’t make a scene and told her that: if you’re going to enforce the rules… ENFORCE IT FOR EVERYONE… NOT JUST THE BLACK FAMILY! She blew it out of proportion and called the police on me!
They said that I made the guess uncomfortable and that I can’t video anymore! I pointed out that many people were videotaping their kids!
The hotel guess had no issue with me recording until the lady at the desk made a big deal about it!
She would not give me her name.. neither would she let me speak to the manager!
The place is great but she needs to be suspended without pay!
Even after the police left… I saw multiple people without wristbands.
My daughter had a similar experience last year!

This unfortunate experience will not stop me from visiting again!
My point is: treat all the guess the same and don’t single anyone out!!
