"Extremely disappointing stay. I booked for 3 people, but the room was only suitable for 2. The third bed was tiny, rock hard and not fit for proper sleep. I could not let my son sleep on it, so I had to use it myself and eventually ended up on the floor. After driving over 8 hours, this completely ruined what was meant to be a nice family trip.
