Food items as prepared were lousy, ended up not eating. Same Hotel I stayed five months ago, was a totally different place, namely clean, excellent food prep and choices for breakfast. This time floors in general area and in room were not very clean, table in room had handprints all over, the microwave hadn't been cleaned, bedding seemed sparse and thrown together. Entire place seemed "under new management" and not up to "Hilton" spec (I'm an Honors Club member).

Check-in was quick and easy, with close-in self-parking and a more than adequate number of good, large luggage carts. We had a bit of a panic soon after moving in, as the shower valve broke and we had no shower. The staff and manager were very helpful in promptly letting us into an unused room down the hall to use the shower. Our shower was then promptly fixed the next day. Other than that, the room was just what we needed: lots of room for laydown, large fridge with freezer, ample drawer and counter space, large closet for hanging, lots of good dishes and tableware, and a very good micro-wave. Beyond that, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt like the stay was a good value for us.

Stayed here before and all was good. This stay not so good. Checked in on a friday. Room was ready and all good. Then sat went to shower and conditioner was empty. Had to ask 2 days before it finally got filled. 2 different days my key card stopped working. Had no house keeping done while there and finally and dont remeber it from last stay but the water was too soft. It took forever to rinse off and even then i still felt like i was covered with soap and shampoo.
