Outstanding experience

Hands down the best experience ever! The service was outstanding. The rooms, food, service everything was beyond amazing. The ambience at night with lovely music and songs was a cherry on the top. Special thanks to Adil, Elipenaj, Elcin and the lovely sheesha guy made our stay top notch. We didnt feel like going out of the resort and enjoyed our time staying there.

3 days of skiing

Stayed for 3 days of skiing. Located right next to the lifts and with equipment rental center in the hotel. Super easy and convenient. Very large nice room.

Honestly saying, there is no better resort to live here in qabala other than this. I mean they are more than perfect and value for money. You must be thinking that the other resort are way cheaper than this but once you come here than you won’t even think of living anywhere else, Simply AMAZING.

Stay not worth your money

Room had a bad smell in it , the toiletries , towel very old, bad condition .the worst was when we checked out they charged us for mini bar. Which we didn’t even touch ,, we told them we didn’t consume alcohol however they refused to acknowledge any responsibility towards there cleaning staff stealing bottles from our room.

The pool was down the hill and not in the hotel as it was written, that there is a free entrance to the spa and pool. There was also no free busservice to the Pool side and also it was snowing that time. There was no winterservice and the streets up the mountains been full of snow and ice. The hotel is new and in a good condition also the service was ok and the entrance into the ski area was also cool.

Skiing is convenient yet unfortunately the Front Desk Staff ruined our trip. We booked two rooms - capacity of 3 per room (we had 2 adults and 1 child in each room). The Front Desk staff would not honor this and made me pay extra on top of my prepaid booking. I've traveled a lot and never have I encountered such a rude and unfriendly team. The manager cursed at me in the local language. My elderly parents were with me -- they witnessed everything and the front desk team did not care. They were laughing and smirking. Never again will I return to this hotel due to the Front Desk Staff.

فندق يملك أجمل اطلاله ف غابالا

الفندق متميز واللي حاجزين فيه يقدرون يطلعون له بالسياره او بالتلفريك ... واذا عندك حجز تطلع بالتلفريك مجاناً ... والحجره متميزه بس تحتاج كيبل للجراجه لانه اللي فالحجره بو اثنينه فقط ... واطلاله جناح الجونيورا ولا اروع ع البحيره والجبل ... والجناح كان شامل الواي فاي والريوق ... وانا انكسر عندي شي بالحجره ومع هذا الفندق ماخذ عني فلس ... اشكرهم ع اليوم الرائع اللي قضيته فيه
