"We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Bishkek. The staff were great and really efficient. The hotel was down a safe alley which made it so quiet for a city hotel. It was a little walk from some of the main attractions but there was plenty to see along the way."

Once you are inside, however, the Pristine Hotel is warm and cozy, the staff always present and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean and comfy. "It was a wonderful stay! We would especially like to thank Ms. Akilay at the reception for her kindness and care. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The room was well maintained and very clean. We've spent two nights at Bugu hotel and we were very pleased with everything. Definitely will consider staying here again when we return! "
"The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. "
