"It would be helpful when there are large groups of kids staying at this hotel, that staff help to intervene with behaviours etc... There was a group that were shoving seniors in the breakfast areas, and blocking others from getting onto elevators."

"Good location to get to Rogers Stadium and plenty of parking. Room tidy but management needs to invest in upkeep of the rooms since it smelled like smoke and had a musty smell, A/C pretty noisy, and carpets had dark stains (and different colors!) in a few places. Staff was also helpful."

"Check in was unnecessary very long. Our room should’ve been ready at three. We checked in at four it should not had taken 30 plus minutes They did give us a voucher for free breakfast and that was very nice. However, I must say the breakfast was absolutely awful. We did not eat it and I can’t believe that that’s what served for $25 per person! you can do better."

"During our first night we couldn’t get normal television going in order to watch the playoff hockey game. Staff wasn’t able to help. When we got back on our second night there was no parking when we returned to the hotel at 11pm, and staff had us park in a no parking zone as the only alternative for the night. Fortunate our new car wasn’t hit and we didn’t have a ticket…"

"I was very pleased with my stay and I will definitely return. I can't understand some of the negative comments especially around breakfast. Breakfast was perfect. Something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, porridge, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, jam, juice, coffee, muffins. Not sure what some of these people were expecting. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. People complaining about the caulking around the bathtub or sink... Come on lol. The hotel can't be...
