訂房網與酒店不知哪方出問題？找不到資料，入住及退房都花了些時間，現在還有費用問題不知該如何處理！ 另外，隔音弱ㄧ些，隔壁房客聊天到半夜1點多又抽菸！！

早在9月下旬即於 貴網訂了該酒店(前台付費),熟料11月18日傍晚七時許前往入住時, 前台工作人員卻堅稱没有我的訂房資料,在我出示 貴網發給我的訂單回電之後, 貴公司客服人員亦來電與之交涉多時;但,前台人員仍不讓我們辦理入住,直到外子已經累得受不了了,才在要求我刷了1000元人民幣之後辦理入住,是時已經是晚上九點了.結果第二天上午十一時許,在退房時,又來一遍,這回是前台人員拿出一張英文的訂單,最後一行為Discount:MOD10%off前台人員以此要求我在原價款之外要加付10%的稅,我表明訂房時明明是房價之外已加上15%的稅金後的總價款,而且我有說,那10%是折扣之意,應該是飯店給予訂房網的折扣吧.結果,前台人員說他們給訂房網的酬庸是另計的,吼,最後,弄到十二點多才得以離開.至今我都不明白,單純明確的事咋會弄成這樣?另,該飯店的空調不開冷氣只送風,但是卻不老實對客人說明白,害得我整個晚上都在"等飯店放送冷氣"等了半小時,完全不冷,就又打前台詢問一次,再等半小時還是没冷氣,再打,總共打了三次之後,已經是三更夜了,我終於知道了,該飯店客房的空調根本就是擺擺樣子的,不開冷氣只送風的,何不早說,那就明說了唄--給我一台電扇吹吹得了,好過我又氣又熱又悶了一整晚.雖然我早已將唯一能開的窗子推開到極限,但因為客房是封閉空間,只開一面窗子,空氣無法對流,窗外的清涼空氣,只過窗而不入,請問,我付的房價是包含了空調費的吧,那為什麼,該飯店竟能如此"虐待客人"?據說此間飯店曾經是"溫泉旅館"一度屬於"生人勿進"層級的人物方能入住,難道之前也是這麼人的? 除此之外還不錯,其實,前台服務人員外觀及服務能度不差,只是"行政效能"令人不敢恭維.

臨機応変に対応してくれて良かったのです。

チャックインの前に念のために確認したがこの予約がキャンセルされてあると聞いてとても不安しました。国際電話で緊急連絡しました。結局無事にチャックインしました。ラスト2ルールだそうです。フロントのスタッフの対応が良かったのです。
