I am particularly fond of the clerk who explained how the bus payment system worked. She kept at it until I understood that I should pay for my ticket in the app just as I entered the bus. It was important that I not waste any of my 90 minute paid-up transit window standing around on the bus stop. That's what l call looking after your guests. "It was good, check-in was a bit confusing but that might just have been me. I had a generally good stay, liked the location, room etc. My only issue was when before checkout (around 9) a member of staff knocks and I say hello and then they simply unlocked my door anyway? And it was an awkward moment. I don't really know why they tried comming in since it's before checkout and I've rented my room. But other then that yeah it was good"
