"Lots of parking spaces, even as we arrived late in the day. The breakfast was a bit of a scramble due to flight times and opening times of the restaurant as time was a bit short, they did however provide a 'grab and go' selection of pastries, juices etc in reception if you needed to go earlier. The only gripe was that our room did not have air con, I presumed that it would and never checked. "Was such a poor experience we decided not to stay there when we arrived back in Manchester as originally planned. We drove back to Glasgow arriving home at 5AM rather than stay. I think that says it all"

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."

"This was our second time in the hotel. We asked for the same room (in advance) and we got it . I wish there was air conditioning in the rooms. I love the little tea room with daily cake! It makes me feel like on a skiing holiday in a chalet"

We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. I called the day before requesting a cot and was told there would be one ready in the room. We arrived at 6pm and asked if the cot had been provided, we were told this would be brought to the room ‘right away’ we waited half an hour and no cot, I called the reception desk from the room and was told it...
