"I was really impressed with this place. It looks unassuming but the rooms were spacious and the bathroom really modern and the shower powerful. Exactly what I want from a hotel bathroom. If I were to nitpick, I’d say that because the mattress is memory foam, I sunk in a bit meaning that I could have done with a thinner pillow. The one provided was a bit too thick but that’s a personal preference. "

"The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. The property is awesome and the bar though small had all the goodies one needs.
The Son is a true human being. We reached late and the dining was closed for the night. Even then he made sure that we got something to eat and made some fries and bread with butter and treated us to a very local peach schnapps to top the experience.
The Mom is an excellent chef...
"Great location in a very nicely preserved original building. Wonderful noise from the stream outside. Very walkable and good food at the restaurant. Beautiful deck for afternoon lunch or wine. "
