"The Arlington is a beautiful 100+yr old hotel. As such, there is MUCH "TLC" that needs to happen to keep it up. Our room phone didn't work. We didn't have very good Internet coverage in our room. The bath soap was surprisingly bad, considering it's the largest spa hotel in the city. We felt like we were nickeled and dimed to death...this charge, that charge, pet cleaning fee (when we didn't have pets), and the surprise $15 third-party booking fee that we knew nothing about. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable, the live music and lobby bar were fun, and the staff was friendly."
