"Upon arrival at 2300 restaurant was closed so no room service!! The location of the hotel is closed to the airport but nothing around the area! ( no restaurants ) I inquired in regards to a late check out was told 3pm but confirmed in the morning. "The reception staff we met on day of arrival was very good. But not for rest of the days 1. House keeping staff did not understood english. Neither did they made any effort to understand what we were asking. I would expect them to atleast understand the basic words, if they are in hospitaliy business in Europe. 2. We had to call reception 2-3 times a day for water. Every day i had to walk down to reception to ask for bottle of water. It always took them more than an hour to get back with that...

"Very handy for the airport if you have an early flight or late arrival. Within easy walking distance. Not a characterful hotel, more a commuting stop over but fine for that purpose. Very close to the metro stop for Porto, in fact just over the road! Very tiny downside but annoying factor is you have to buy milk if you want to make a cup of tea! No complimentary milk at this hotel! "

"I had an amazing stay at this property. The room was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The street that this property was located on was safe and quiet. Additionally, the host, Rosalia, was incredibly quick to reply to messages about checking in and checking out. She also kindly left a bottle of wine for us in the room. The rooftop patio on the property was beautiful and enjoyable to watch the sunset from. While the location was a bit far from the city centre (~30 - 40 minute walk), there...
