Das Hotel befindet sich über einem Einkaufszenter. Der Lift vom Einkaufszenter bis zum Hotel war kaputt. Der Lift innerhalb der Hotels funktionierte. Auf Anfrage, wann denn der Lift repariert wurde hiess es im Hotel, das sei Sache des Einkaufszenters. Im Einkaufszenter hiess es, es werde wohl nie repariert. Von der Rezeption machte aber auch niemand Anstalten uns beim...
"Breakfast was excellent with many varieties to choose from.
The beds/pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean and well appointed with plenty of storage space.
This was an excellent choice for our 3 night visit.
I would highly recommend this hotel!! "

"Ein super schönes Hotel mit durchgängig sehr freundlichem Personal. Man hat das Gefühl, dass es für das Personal, das hier arbeitet, mehr als nur ein job ist. Vielen Dank an alle:) Tolle und super Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants. Egal was - es wird einem immer geholfen. Total schön war unter anderm der Obstteller auf dem Zimmer nebst Keksen und der Willkommensportwein. Ich durfte sogar schon früh am Vormittag aufs Zimmer.
Das Hotel liegt nicht im trubeligen Zentrum, und es ist daher...
"Mi sono trovato molto bene, ottima scelta come zona tranquilla soprattutto se si ha a disposizione un auto con cui spostarsi, infatti dispone di comodo parcheggio, inoltre ha un accesso ai mezzi urbani difronte l'hotel...
Colazione a buffet per tutti i palati. Personale disponibile e cordiale.
Tra i punti a favore che meritano un occhio di riguardo ci sono pulizia, confort della stanza, accesso per i nostri amici a 4 zampe e wifi a disposizione."

"Nous avons aimé notre séjour à cet hôtel. Le service de transport aéroport-hôtel est pratique lorsque le vol est très tôt le matin. Il n'y a pas de commerce autour, donc prévoyez manger quelque chose avant d'arriver à l'hôtel sinon celui ci offre un service de restaurant. L'hôtel est proche d'une station de métro qui mène vers le centre-ville, donc c'est parfait pour aller découvrir Porto."
