"When booking a Suite (Paraná) I expected two things: a suite and a view of the river. I got neither. The "suite" is nothing more than a large hotel room and not worth the extra cost. There was no view of the river from the room.
The room is modern however on arrival the air conditioning was set extremely high and changing the control didn't seem to make any difference.
The breakfast room did not seem capable of handling the number of guests and was very cramped, although the breakfast itself...
