The view was amazing from our balcony and I really enjoyed how centrally located it was. There were two supermarkets right around the corner and multiple places to eat. Would highly recommend!

Parking is plentiful near the unit, after 4:30 p.m., when the visitors leave Porto Moniz. During the day, you may have to park 1 km away. Very handy grocery store, and helpful locals will show you where the property is. Amazing views from the shore.

Really nice flat. Not much to mention about it. Only downside is the communication with the owner is a hassle. Lots of things that weren't clear up until we where in front of the building.

The AC was not working and it was so hot that we could not sleep at night. Also, the sun protector was broken so we could not use the terrace during the day. Nothing was solved during our stay and no refund was granted. Would not recommend this place.

Property was beautiful. But it is a very busy location and parking between 10:00-19:00 is not free, you might find a free spot about 2km away but good luck w that during busy times. Kept getting expedia email request for personal email because lever insists on sending pictures instead of text instructions. Took 1hr to get into unit just to get correct address and correct unit number, too many message exchanges just to get inside. Entry should be simpler. Once inside all was well.

Pienistä alkuongelmista selvittyämme viihdyimme oikein hyvin pikkukeittiöllä varustetussa asunnossa. Tuloselvitys oli tehtävä netissä ennen ulkoavainlukon sekä ovikoodin saamista, minkä selvisi vasta otettuamme majoittajiin yhteyttä puhelimitse. Suihkun kuuma- ja kylmäveden säätely vaati myös syvempää asiaan perehtymistä. Keittiön varustus riitti hyvin yksinkertaisen aamupalan valmistukseen ja onneksi asunnon lähistöltä löytyy hyviä ravintoloita. Kävimme oleskelumme aikana vuokra-autolla joka päivä eri paikoissa vaeltamassa ja asunnon pyykkikone kuivausominaisuuksineen osoittautui kostaessa ilmastossa erittäin tarpeelliseksi. Parasta asunnossa on tilava parveke merinäköalalla. Alueen uintimahdollisuuksia emme voineet korkean aallokon takia käyttää, mutta molemmat Porto Monizin uimalat ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. Läheltä löytyy myös pieni, mutta hyvin varustettu supermarketti. Suosittelen lämpimästi liikkuvalle pariskunnalle, joka ei kaipaa ylimääräistä luksusta eikä pelkää hissitöntä pienkerrostaloa.
