We had a fantastic stay. Upon arrival, they surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, which made our trip even more special. The views were absolutely stunning, and the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madeira and will definitely stay here again when I return.

Loved the ocean views and listening to the sound of the waves at night! Comfortable, spacious, clean room. Nice outdoor areas for sunning or relaxing. Not much parking available but the hotel is in a very walkable area. You can easily rent a car for the day nearby if you want to explore the island.

I stayed at Regency Cliff a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. I was not disappointed this time and will certainly stay there again. The staff are very helpful. The food is good, cleanliness first class. Nothing not to like. The views ftom the balcony were exceptional - so relaxing.

Lovely clean and quiet hotel. Staff were superb, went as far as chasing my wife and I down to give a free chocolate cake for her birthday. Breakfast was fabulous and plenty of choice. Biggest bed I have ever slept on and the room is spacious, clean and modern. Highly recommended hotel

This was our first trip to th Regency Cliff Bay hotel . From the moment we arrived we found the staff to be friendly and prepared to help you. We booked a premium room and can I say the view was Stunning. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday by very efficient staff.the breakfast was buffet style which had more than enough selection. We booked one a la carte meal , which we found to be super.
