"We were there to go to a Tampa Bay Rowdies game, so the hotel location was perfect for that.
Was surprised by the $45 valet parking fee. No indication that self parking was available. Also was not able to obtain a luggage cart without the use of a bell hop, which means needing to tip, but the hotel is cashless, so couldn't get any smaller bills for a $20 bill.
Once in our room the mini-fridge didn't work. No one at the front desk answers the phone. All room needs are communicated via text messages."
