"When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed. To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable."

"Facility and room were in like new condition though the property is over 6 years old. Decor/furnishings were tasteful. Property well maintained and functioning. Front desk staff often seemed bored or disinterested. Not too helpful. The coffee, breakfast bar and snack station in Lobby were not well monitored. Empty tray with crumbs sat by coffee carafes for a day. Breakfast Buffet was very good but dishes, silverware and some food items were not maintained or restocked. Buffet staff not always present to request assistance."

"We Love this resort and come back every year. Great location to beach, shops, grocery store, resturants. The heated pool and hot tub are amazing to sit and chill at night. Free bike rentals and cart and beach chairs to use. Staff is always super sweet and helpful. Def recommend to our friends."
