"何度か同じムスビ町屋を利用させていただいてますが今回の様な部屋も洗面もバスもチェックインから女性の長い髪の毛や砂の様なザラついたゴミ、バスタオルやシーツ、マットレスにも髪の毛が付着 正直あり得ない、責任者と言う女性から電話でのお詫びは有りましたが現場の確認にすら行ってない状況で何も詳細に話が出来ずただ謝るだけ この金額で不衛生なホテルに泊まるならサウナいや車中泊でいいのではと考えさせられました。 1本落ちてるくらいの話ならいいのだがこのコロナの状況の中どうしてもの事情で移動するのに人をなるべく避けようと戸建のホテルにしたのだが残念でした、"

"Excellent location, good price. Bed was firm but comfortable. Easy check in process, no issues. Parking is expensive in the large lot next to the building. Look for budget locations if you need parking. WiFi worked well. Will stay there again in the future. "

"Very nice and spacious with a walking distance to Hakata station. Things are just like what you’re seeing in the photos. The room is fully equipped with everything you would need and very suitable for a group travel. Self check in was easy. One thing to improve would be the room cleanliness as there was some dust on certain areas like…on TV, the top of microwave oven, etc. Other than that, things are superb! Highly recommend this place!"
