Breakfast was good. Hot items were only lukewarm. Breakfast workers were not very friendly. Loved the location! Close to activity. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! Clean room. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi was not reliable.

Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

"Lovely room with the most amazing view of the cathedral, alcazar and old town. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Great value for money. Would love to return one day."
