"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Lucerne, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was unbelievably sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even helping us coordinate public transportation. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar—breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout to Tommy! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. He went above and beyond in every way. We would definitely stay here again. "Staff was extremely friendly. Decor was fun and artistic and the old building is full of charm. Lots of fun touches like the sock monkey mascot and free chocolate bar in the room made it unique. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Only drawbacks wee creaky floors (to be expected) and very tiny elevator, but many old places have no elevator, so we can’t complain!"
