"Last minute booking due to train trouble. Hotel is quick walk from Temple Meads station. The room was large and spotlessly clean and aircon that worked. Staff at check in were super friendly and efficient."

"Everything was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed by Hassan. He was polite and he explained everything to us in a very professional manner. He is a credit to your organisation. The breakfast was great. We were given a wide selection to choose from. The location is fantastic very close to all attractions. We will be staying again with you most definitely."

"Amazing experience. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Spa included was great, even if it was at set times. Very clean and tidy. Room was traditional but modern. Bed very comfortable."

"Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful. Only giving a 4 star because on this occasion I could not sleep due to a loud rumbling noise kept going off through the night, as well as the receptionist knocking on the doors of surrounding rooms at one point until found the one they were after. Not sure if the rumbling noise was beyond the hotels control or not. Everything else was 5 star and so were my last 2 visits, love this hotel."
