"The staff were amazing! We were dealing with a lost passport situation and Damoon, Lea, and Penelope were especially helpful in assisting us with making necessary phone calls, appointments, and printing copies of documents. They really saved us from a lot of extra frustration. A big thanks to all of them! The room was clean and comfortable - everything we needed as we dealt with a difficult situation. We will definitely return to this hotel if we are ever in Strasbourg again."

"Great location and very reasonably priced for the amenities you get. I would stay here again. Shower and bathroom facilities good and own fridge with kettle and teas supplied. Temperature control for room simple to use. Only thing I would of liked more of is pillows. Could of asked for more but could not be bothered as minor complaint. Great place to stay on a budget."

"In a good location easy to find when driving by car. Europa Park is about a 15-25 minute walk dependant on your age (we are 60+) and its all flat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are great for a short stay. We find the lack of anywhere to put your clothes a bit disappointing but it didn't hurt for a short stay to leave everything in our cases. The underground car park is secure. We opted not to have breakfast so cannot offer any feedback."
