"We loved our stay at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel! The location on the water was beautiful, the staff (especially Phillip) was so welcoming and helpful, and the food was delicious. A charming place to spend our last couple of days in England. Thank you!"

"A wonderful location and the property setting is breathtaking. The grounds are beautiful and an evening walk shouldn’t be missed. All the staff were helpful and made every effort to assist. Breakfast a little chaotic but again, staff were trying to help where they could. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all amenities we needed for a short stay. Public areas of the hotel were a little tired but those in the older part of the hotel were interesting and we could understand the wedding...

"Firstly I booked through expedia who I thought would be competitive, however I paid £70 more than apparently booking direct as got an invoice pushed through my door on the morning of checkout - they said the I paid £70 more because I booked through expedia and that was their commission. The hotel was perfect location, but very dated and old fashioned. The bar was expensive and the spa area was massively overpriced for what it was"

"The room we booked was a two bedroom apartment with a cinema room and a kitchen. It was spacious as it had two bathrooms and a huge lounge - perfect for a family. The slight downside was the tv and sound system wasn’t working in the cinema room but overall the staff were helpful by allowing us to check out a little later than normal. I have to give special mentions for Jane and Katie (at the reception desk) and Harry (restaurant and bar). All of whom were excellent with the way they interacted...

"Hotel staff and concierge were great. Breakfast was excellent for a buffet. The restaurant and pub seemed to have staffing problems and were not attentive. The facility is showing it's age, however. Still, it was convenient to the mall for shopping. A little to far to walk to the Horizon cruise terminal with any luggage, but the concierge hooked us up with a taxi."
