The staff and Hotel themselves helped out in a very needed time. My family and I were staying at another place and our room was broken into, and we were put into a different room which had water stains all through out the room, the couch was torn in multiple areas, and it just was not the best experience. Sonesta was able to get us a room for the time frame we needed it at Midnight. Huge help and it made our stay so much better than it started.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and the maintenance man tried to get my fireplace fixed. Unfortunately, the fireplace was malfunctioning so I did not get to enjoy it.
