Great hotel I love the location and the staff! Yes the hotel looks rundown a bit but still great! The only star missing is the hot water takes forever to reach 3rd floor! However I stay here every time I’m in Fresno and never disappoints!

Breakfast is decent. Our room has only dripping of hot water, you have to take shower in cold water if you the cold water bigger. Window ac makes noise when it comes on. The room and bed are decent.

Everything was so great! The staff was friendly and courteous. They served a great breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to alot of great places and is so close to the freeway which is a great convenience.! Check in and check out was easy!! I will come stay again. The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. The breakfast in the morning was adequate. The room itself was nice, but needed some very needed deep cleaning. There was toilet paper on the wall, hairs in the tub and stains on the carpet.

The room was clean. However the elevator was filthy as were the walkways with old bird? droppings littered along the floors. They required a deposit which I was not aware of beforehand. I could not believe it was a Wyndham .... not worth even $50 per night!!
