"We awoke in the middle of the night to the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Someone in an adjacent room was smoking, despite the hotel being designated as 'non-smoking'. "I have stayed many times and find the staff friendly and helpful. This was a 4 day stay. What I didn't like was that you could not turn the heat up in the room higher than 70 degrees.
