"My mother-in-law died, I called the hotel to see if I could get a credit because this was something out of my control. They would not give me a credit for death with proof. So not good. People don't have no consideration when it comes to money. I was not able to check in."

"Understanding that it is a smaller property and they are undergoing renovations, everything seemed just okay. My gripe is with the staff. Check Out was at noon. Why was a staff member knocking on the room door at noon to ask if I intended to check out? How very rude!"
