"I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE COULD NOT BUY STARBUCKS COFFEE IN THIS HOTEL!!!! With many customers who are discerning travelers, it should NOT need to be stated that your customers expect superb coffee options every morning while staying at your property. The Valet service was horrible and unorganized. I am going to rethink whether I need to stay loyal to Ritz-Carlton after this stay. "

"Lovely, excellent staff! The second room we were in was much nicer. Space is good! **The seat in the shower needs to be replaced or repaired before someone gets hurt! The tarp over the Atrium is ugly and the first thing we saw when we left our room on the 3rd floor. There has to be an alternative."

"The Westin is conveniently placed above a very nice mall. While the building is clearly older, they have plenty of upgrades. My biggest complaint is that it’s extremely loud on the river in the mornings. That noise woke me every day. "
