"Property is good, but the outside pool wasn’t open and area around it not cared for much which we were looking forward to. Inside Spa was very good though. Took a while to get the deposit credited back to my account."

"Booking was made for three people and bed linen was provided for two. Reception closes at 7pm and the emergency number was on a board at the closed reception as we all are perfectly aware that it would be there to go and find it?! Why not send that info in the number of emails that we received or ..."
