"The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time."

"Great Stay! If I could give a score above 10, I would do that. It is a very nice hotel located in a nice village which is managed with a friendly and supportive owner. We enjoyed staying 7 days there the whole family. Room is designed and decorated very nicely and the materials all over the building are luxurious. Still, the price is affordable. The location is great and the view of the balcony is amazing! Thank you for everything!"

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"Probably wouldn’t recommend. Firstly, there was no microwave. This was not a major issue but just an inconvenience because we were able to heat up food via the oven. My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. There were issues with insects that mainly just bothered my children. We also noticed the light fixture above our bed needed to be cleaned as...

"We stayed during our visit to Strasbourg Christmas Markets early December. The hotel is very clean, and across the street from Tram D station which take you to the main attractions in Strasbourg in less than 20 minutes. That was the big plus for us. The breakfast buffet has a large variety (In my case, I would request to add Decaf coffee to the list). Check in and check out is all digital, but there is someone at the front desk most of the time. They allowed us to leave our luggage early during check in. There are restaurants and supermarkets around. Overall a nice stay and a great hotel to do what we needed to do."
