"We stayed in one of the cottages with and outdoor shower. I wish I never had to leave. Absolutely amazing. Incredible property with fun trails and amazing nature all around. Friendly staff and alright food. The restaurant could be better (and not so expensive!!) and we might’ve stayed on property more then. We wished they had a hot tub for late at night after the long hikes, but that’s all that was truly missing. More trails to run would be fun, but the one they had was awesome. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close and accessible to Soufiere and right in the heart of all there is to do in the area… and less than an hour to the airport."

"Wow - what can I say . This truely is an amazing place to stay on vacation or for a special occasion to relax . The rooms and the private gardens are both very spacious and very well equipped with (more than) everything you could want or need ( the only thing I would add is that it would have been nice if the in room plunge pool had the option to be heated). There was a dedicated butler to look after your restaurant or excursion reservations, drinks, laundry, 24 hour in room dining etc . We had an amazing butler named Ethan who made our stay beyond 5* - thank you so much Ethan . He made everything look so professional and seamless - it was on the level with top Dubai and Far East hotels that we’ve stayed in . All the staff were also very warm delivering friendly and efficient service. We ate at the Greathouse for most meals - the food ( as well as cocktails and smoothies) were very good. A shout out to Jemma and Ginal too who remembered our food and drink preferences down to the last detail on a meal by meal basis . We have stayed at other hotels in St Lucia but if a relaxing stay with top level service is what you after , then Serenity should be top of your list. We shall be back. "

"We stayed at Daze Off for 2 nights and honestly had such a great stay! Literally about 10 minutes from the airport which was ideal after travelling from the UK. The host greeted us on arrival and showed us around which was really lovely, and was super quick with communication the whole time - answered all our questions straight away which made everything really easy! The place itself is done to a really high standard - super modern, spacious and immaculately clean. The bedroom had air con and a HUGE, really comfy bed. There’s also a balcony plus a front porch with lighting, seating and a table - partially shaded which made it perfect for breakfast and chilled evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need - utensils, pots, pans, tea, coffee etc, and there were even drinks left in the fridge (waters, Pitons and a few extras) which was a lovely touch. There isn’t loads going on in the immediate area, but the main bus route is literally a minute walk away so it’s still really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again, such a comfortable, easy and well thought-out stay! Thank you so much. "

"The apartment was ckean and well stocked. The host, Ruphena went above amd neyond to maale sure we enjoyed our stay. She even recommended a local restaurant for a nice dinner and helped arrange transportation. Thw restaurant was so good we went there foe lunch thw next day "

"The spice bay restaurant had very tasty options from you to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cooper helped us out a lot with our bags and making sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I return to St Lucia! "

She made sure everything was in order and checked in to see that I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Any questions or queries I had during my stay were handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself was very well maintained and clearly cared for. It had all the necessary equipment and toiletries needed for a comfortable stay, which made settling in easy. You can really tell that the owners take pride in their property and enjoy what they do, it shows in the attention to detail and overall quality of the place. I would highly recommend Vee’s Country Apartments to anyone staying in the area, especially if you’re in transit and need somewhere comfortable and reliable. The accommodations and management of the property did not meet the reasonable expectations of transparency, consistency, and professionalism typically associated with hospitality services. During the stay, irregularities arose relating to the organization and oversight of the premises. These included confusion regarding operational management, inconsistencies surrounding the availability of the reserved accommodation, and a lack of clear communication regarding guest arrangements. The accommodation originally reserved was not available for the full duration anticipated, resulting in temporary arrangements prior to an adjustment being made later in the reservation period. Additional concern arose regarding guest privacy and the safeguarding of personal belongings. Communication was made regarding a personal item believed to have been left behind after departure. Despite reasonable inquiry, no response or resolution was provided regarding its recovery.
