"Upon arrival while checking in, one of the staff informed me that “there were no standard rooms” and that I would be upcharged for a double room. I booked through Expedia and it indicated there was a standard room available. Luckily someone else at the front desk informed the other person that my room should not be upcharged. I felt unwelcome at the jump, especially after my overseas flight had just been cancelled at the last moment making me scramble to find a place to stay. It was not a great start to my stay at this resort. "

"Compassionate. First hotel Bestwestern turned me and my family away at 3:20am coming in from Indiana for a funeral because i was 20 minutes late due to travel conditions. Crown Plaze Staff came to rescue and allowed me to check in early so my family and I would not have to sleep in our car. Thank You Staff at Crown Plaza😁"

"Yes. Room was a handicapped room, shower only 1 person at a time. Staff should have made us aware and we would've upgraded to a 2 person room. Plenty of shopping. Not pleased 😕 "

"Room was clean, vouchers for drinks and breakfast, and was the perfect stop on our trip! Only hiccup was too many kiddos in the pool to enjoy it! Maybe longer adult pool hours! But that is just me being picky!"
