交通が便利。

ホテルも大変快適な上に、地下鉄の駅の上に有るので大変便利でした。 観光が大変しやすく、食事も取りやすかったです。

Great apartment hotel

We generally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 2-room apartment was great, very roomy and comfortable. Having the kitchen with washing machine was a big plus. The breakfast was not exceptional but good. The staff was helpful and friendly but a bit more reserved than at other hotels. They politely answered all questions we had but they didn't necessarily come up and ask us if we needed any help, etc. The pool area was nice but it looked a bit worn and it was very strange that pool towels were not available.

地下鉄の駅にごく近いホテルで、少し到着が遅かったのですが、速やかにホテルに着けて、安心でした。 綺麗で快適、コップなども充実しており、使いやすいホテルでした。

넓고 쾌적한 객실, 편리한 교통. 조식도 가짓수는 많지 않으나 있을건 다 있습니다. 수영장에 베드가 많지 않으나 이용객 또한 많지 않아 그게 불편하진 않았습니다. 수준급의 레지던스라 할수 있겠습니다.

최상급 객실

프레이저 브랜드답게 최상급 객실이었습니다. 객실 2개, 화장실 2개가 갖춰져 있고, 어매니티도 모두 준비되어 있었습니다. 객실과 거실은 모두 각각 온도 조절이 가능하고, 세탁기와 네스프레소 머신도 있습니다. 저희는 조리는 하지 않았는데, 중국의 다른 객실들처럼 조리기구가 제대로 갖춰져 있지 않았습니다. 조식부페는 4성급 호텔과 비슷하다고 생각하면 되고, 1인당 88위안이며, 미취학아동은 무료인 것 같습니다. 한국나이 7세,5 세인 저희 애들은 무료였습니다. 숙소 주변은 새로 개발되는 구역으로 고층 건물과 시원스런 대로가 있으나 붐비지 않아 호젓한 느낌마저 있습니다. 소주역과 졸정원, 유원, 핑장루 등과 거리가 있지만, 택시를 타면 15위안 정도밖에 나오지 않고, 길도 뻥 뚫려 있어 접근성은 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. Wi-Fi는 매우 빠르지는 않아도 별 불편함은 없는 정도였고 객실에 LAN 선도 있었습니다.

역시 중국은 하드웨어는 그럭적럭인데 소프트웨어가 엉망

4명 가족이 가족 여행할 때 좋을 듯 합니다. 주차, 프론트 서비스는 정말이지 중국에 살면서 적응되어 있더라도 최악이라는 생각입니다.

Good location at affordable price.

The location was ideal with subway station and shopping within walking distance. All major sites and both railway stations were accessible by subway. The one room apartment I had was spacious and comfortable.

여유로운 여행

전반적으로 괜찮았으나 시설관리면에서는 조금 부족함이 있다고 생각이 드네요. 직원들이 친절한 것도아니고 그렇다고 불친절한것도아닙니다. 객실은 좋았으나 룸서비스는 그저 그랬네요 하지만 다시 숙박할 의향은 있습니다

Great place in Suzhou

The hotel made my stay in Suzhou. The bed was super comfortable, the gym machines clean and modern. The staff were kind, understanding and upon leaving Sophia and Lynn were so helpful with my train reservation. They went out of their way and did so happily, not in such a forced way the way Chinese often behave.

nice apartment

NICE apartment, it isreally big with kitchen and a reading room. However, it takes 15minutes to the Lake. and for us, it takes longer as construction was going on when we stayed.But overall, good choice to stay in Suzhou.

Spacious and ultra modern

Upgraded to a massive two bedroom suite from the standard one we'd booked. Very nice - great views and bags of room for us all. Will feel the need to book one this size next time!

Lacks a quality restaurant - Food was not great.

Room was very nice. Bird was a bit too firm for me but room was nice. I probably wold not stay again because the food choices are very limited. The restaurant at night is a ghost town due to the quality of the food I am sure. The construction site runs 24/7, so beware that there is construction going all night long that can and does wake you up.

A great stay in the new part of town

Really had a great stay at Fraser Suzhou & I would recommend the hotel. It is in the new part of town so if you have transport to get to the sites then this can be very conveinent. Restaurants & supermarkets are near by.

Apartment style living

It was very close to all if our meetings, which was very convenient. It was more like a condo than hotel. So if you want to stay for extended periods of time then this is the place for you. The only inconvenience was visiting guests on other floors. Because of the elevator key card access you had to go to the lobby to ask permission and help to get to their floor.

In diesem Hotel ist wirklich alles fabelhaft. Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr saubere Zimmer. Ich würde immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Overall pleasing

Service was decent; Housekeeper was helpful; breakfast was nice; location was great - close to the newly built subway and motorway, Chinese-style urban complex, pharmacy and a private clinic aiming at expats; and One super shiny point was the washer/dryer 2 in 1 set set it apart from other hotels. Everything is Westin's standard except the following: 1, Room windows were extremely dirty from outside. While it is understandable that smog is China getting worse and worse, but the dirtiness of the windows reached to an unacceptable level. 2, Room cabinet drawer and closet started to falling apart and became difficult to open. The hinges showed significant signs of use and wears and tears. 3, Trash can too small and not functioning very well. When you step your foot on the latch lever, sometimes the cap did not open. 4, I responsibly say that -- I was bitten by a bedbug there on my right forearm. Bedbug has been gone for two decades in China until very recently due to increased air travel, might be imported from overseas. I don't blame the hotel, because they may not have enough experience treating BB. But I encourage the hotel take some actions. Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite pleasing.

Nice rooms

We stayed at two bed room suite and the rooms were nice and roomy, with nice audio equipment. The hotel itself was comfortable and would go there again, if only the construction work surrounding the hotel were finished that created annoying sound during the day-time.

Idea for family, plenty of room, functional

Travelling as a family with three teenage children, Totally happy with our stay. Our apartment is basically brand new. No sign in Chinese outside the building make it hard for the taxi driver. City centre is only 4 stops away using the underground train behind the hotel. Did some cooking after buying some grocery from the supermarket. Some Front desk staff not too familiar with the surrounding area.
