Very nice stay. Shout out to the front desk staff who took extra good care of us! Recommend staying here it’s our go to place whenever we stay in Cheb.

We always stay here and will continue to stay here. Great staff here and location is walkable to many places. Only recommendation is to change check out time to 1100 or 1200: currently it’s 1000 which is a bit early still. Overall a great place to stay

Great location, great price, great service, staff is very accommodating. My only issue was that not all the staff spoke English, which proved challenging at times, but with hand and arm signals and Google translate, we got it done.

Very nice stay. We always stay here whenever we visit Cheb. The hotel has a very nice indoor pool rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Take advantage of the parking offered so you don’t have to park on the street. A very good place to spend time with.

Overvej en ekstra gang før du booker

Dårlig internetforbindelse. Værelset var meget varmt. Ingen aircondition. De siger der er restaurant på stedet men du skal bestille mad senest dagen før din ankomst. Ikke just nemt. Du må kun sidde i bestemt område under morgenmad da de fleste borde er til dem der skal have middagsmad og aftensmad. Det er mere et genoptræningscenter for lokale. Selve området er historisk og pænt.

Niet behulpzaam en onvriendelijk personeel

Het verblijf was niet fijn. Het personeel was onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam. Er is een terras op de 1e verdieping maar de frisdrank moest beneden in het restaurant gehaald worden. Op zich lastig maar geen groot probleem. Toen we op het terras aan kwamen lag dit in de volle zon. Het was die dag 29 graden. Er stonden 3 grote parasol, maar de waren in geklapt. Het personeel was niet bereid om een parasol open te klappen onder het motto het is toch lekker in de zon. Dat op een plat dak met een temperatuur van 29 graden. De volgende ochtend bij het ontbijt hebben we bij de ingangsdeur geruime tijd staan te wachten. Omdat er niemand verscheen zijn we maar bij het buffet brood en beleg gaan pakken en hebben een tafeltje gezocht. Na enige tijd kwam een medewerkster naar ons toe en liet ons weten dat ze een tafeltje voor had. Daar voegde ze toe dat we hadden moeten wachten. Dat gebeurde niet op een vriendelijke manier. Deze reprimande van een meisje/vrouw, die mijn kleindochter had kunnen zijn, voelde zeker niet goed. Zij had binnen een redelijk tijd naar ons toe moeten komen en niet geruime tijd, verschillende minuten, elders moet zijn

Wir haben uns sehr auf unseren Kurzurlaub gefreut. Bei der Anreise hatten wir Glück, dass wir so spät da waren. Vor dem Hotel darf man nicht parken, da sonst die Polizei kommt und eine Parkkralle anlegt. Auf dem Hotelparkplatz kann man aber erst nach dem Check-In parken. Also ist das wirklich sehr ungeschickt organisiert. Das Hotel ist ausschließlich für Rentner ausgelegt und die Gegend hat nichts zu bieten. Daher kann ich es für Familien und junge Leute nicht empfehlen. Das Personal spricht deutsch, allerdings schlecht. man bezahlt tatsächlich 8€ pro tag an Parkgebühr was meiner Meinung nach viel zu viel ist auch wenn der Parkplatz überwacht wird und geschlossen ist. Das Zimmer war schick, allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Die Dusche war nicht richtig sauber. Überall war Kalk und schwarze Rückstände. Der Balkon war dreckig und auch stark renovierunsgbedürftig. Die Angebote im Hotel haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung aber nicht herausragend. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Tolles Hotel, aber Vorsicht vor der Ortspolizei!! Erst mal ein dickes Lob an das Team vom Hotel Praha! Toller Service, schöne Zimmer und ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Der Hotel-Swimmingpool hat eine eine Wassertemperatur von 29 C. Parken kann man hinterm Haus ( geschlossen für 8€/Tag) Vor dem Hotel befinden sich einige Parkplätze, welche nicht zum Hotel gehören! Und da haben wir das Problem!! Wir konnten die letzten Tage regelrecht beobachten wie einige Hotelgäste beim einchecken, was wirklich nur einige Minuten dauert. Eine Autokralle von der Ortspolizei am Fahrzeug angebracht bekommen haben. Muss das sein ??? Leider war das kein Einzelfall, sondern haben wir tagtäglich miterlebt. Als würde die Polizei regelrecht auf die Gäste, warten. Sicherlich kann man jetzt sagen, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Hier erwarte ich aber ein kurzen Hinweis beim Check in von der Rezeption.

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer, große Räume und ein zeitgemäßes Hotelmanagement. Frühstück leider ohne besondere Wurst oder Käse. Schön wäre bspw. ein omlett oder rührei im Angebot das frisch zubereitet wird , hier gab es rührei aus dem warmhalten buffet das leider viel zu flüssig war. Dabei war das hart gekochte ei tot gekocht und hatte blauen dotter. Der Kaffee kommt aus dem Automaten. Der Obstsaft ist zu stark mit Wasser verdünnt. Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Tische schön gedeckt und ordentlich. Sauberkeit war hervorragend.
