"Friendly welcome and quick check in.
Room very big, no safe but fridge. No english channels on TV. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and served 6.30-11. Staff didn't speak english but were helpful and always friendly. They seemed to talke pride in the hotel and kept it very clean. Free water and coffee all day was a nice touch.

"This hotel is located in the beautiful colonial city of Campeche. The hotel has a lovely little pool that is 4 feet deep all around and refreshing in the warmth of this region. The room we chose was large and beautifully decorated. My only reason for a 4 rating was a firm, solid bed, which seems to be the norm in Mexico. "
"WiFi didn’t work in my room for the entire stay, which also meant no TV service. The issue wasn’t resolved in time to make my stay comfortable. I’m very disappointed with the customer support and how the situation was handled. I wouldn’t recommend this place or consider staying here again, there are definitely better options nearby.
