I absolutely loved this place! The room was more like an apartment with tons of space, a mini kitchen, large (clean!) bathroom, comfortable bed, and incredible views of the city and the river outside both the living room and the bedroom windows! Both the dinner I had, and the breakfast buffet the next morning (which is included) were incredible! There was a musician playing violin during breakfast, and I loved every second of it!! He was amazing! And the variety of food was ideal, with both healthy options and fun things like waffles and pancakes too. And they have coffee, juices, tons of fresh fruit and fun desserts. I used the (free) steam room/sauna and the gym and the pool and loved them all! The valet parking was nice and I even bought some cute stuff at their souvenir shop. My only regret was that I didn’t stay here more nights! Highly recommend!!

Nothing fancy, but it has everything you may need. Spacious room with fridge and microwave. Amenities include swimming pool, billiards, and more. Unfortunately, that seems to be a smoking area and sometimes the smell leaks to the rooms.

Good hotel in Foz do Iguazu. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms good breakfast. The hotel has lunch and dinner at extra cost. They gave us late checking by paying 154 reales, very convenient because our fly was during night.

Good value for the money

Service at front desk and in the bar/restaurant was excellent. Our room faced west and the AC was off when we arrived. The first part of the night was uncomfortable as the AC struggled to bring the temperature down.

The property was located for tours of Iguaçú Falls and the Itaipú Dam, as well as for a quick jaunt into Paraguay (City of the East). The hotel facilities were good (restaurant, gym, kid area) and the staff was very helpful accommodating all of our needs, such as arranging for a driver for the entire evening we arrived.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Wyndham Foz do Iguaçu! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a super comfortable bed and a great view. The location is ideal—just minutes from the main attractions, including the Iguaçu Falls, and very close to restaurants, shops, and the border crossings. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning, with a generous selection of fresh fruits, local specialties, and international favorites. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel. I also appreciated the little details—fast Wi-Fi, secure parking, and thoughtful touches in the room that made me feel at home.

I was excited to be back at this hotel, as I had fond memories of a great stay in a spacious suite in a new structure back in 2018. Unfortunately this was not the case. We were placed in an unclean room when requested an early (paid) check in, which was rectified within a few hours. Room keys had issues and we got locked out of our room multiple times. Some of the male front desk staff felt they had to mansplain a lot to me (a middle age woman traveling with older teenage children). The location of the hotel is good, though, and the breakfast is excellent. There is secure parking with a valet. This is an OK option for this area of Foz do Iguaçu.

Not too bad

They gave me a suite with 2 beds when i checked in, which was nice. I had a leaky AC, which maintenance came and fixed, and a dead bug in the shower which someone cleaned the next day. Maybe after that housecleaning was a little too thorough and threw out receipts that i had left on the table to file away (so dont leave your stuff lying around). I don't recommend the spa services. A simple manicure took very long, and was not well done. Also, dont recommend using their recommended tour guide, who's rates were on the higher side and was not very responsive to questions.

1.I reported to the hotel receptionist (2 times) there was problem with the hot water in the bathroom. Unfortunately nothing has been done, so I reported this issue for the 3rd time. The maintenance person came and said that his colleague will connect another gas bottle to improve the heating of the water. So , my wife had a shower, but I had cold one again. Next morning again no Hot Water. This issues with hot water were reported previously by other guest (please check your records), but hotel management done nothing. 2. No wifi in the bedroom. 3. Swimming pool out of order, hotel not inform us about this. 4. During checkouts, hotel try charge us for not consumed items by us. This was small amount, but this is still not acceptable. 5. Hotel not supply any complementary water, I think this should be minimum standard. I can only report, that we like the morning breakfasts. I do not recommend this hotel. Andrew from Australia
