The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup to put it in. Since all the electrical outlets only offer the brazilian plugs, we had to buy adapters for all our equipment.

Location was OK. Place is overrun with misbehaving children, and several guests (not staff) were quite rude. Our initial rooms were quite bad and it took until about 10:30 pm to finally get into some decent rooms for us and our 2 adult children. We would not stay there again, given a choice.

The people in charge of customer service are extremely slow and inefficient at check-in and check-out. It is surprising how they do not offer to help when someone is free, besides they do not explain anything, they do not understand Spanish or English (I asked specifically this and the woman said no) considering that there are dozens of foreigners in that place. When we got to our room, we realized that it had not been cleaned or maybe other people were still there and we had to go out again to ask the reservation desk for another one. The facilities seemed average to me for the premium price they charge and the dinner options are limited. I had to go to eat at the MyMabu hotel next door to find more variety. The next day they told us that we could continue using the pool after check-out, but when we arrived at the pool we were surprised that we needed bracelets to do so, nobody explained it to us, we walked back 200 meters to ask for it again. Moreover, At evening the pools had a smell, I don't know if it was because of the large number of people. I don’t think I would visit this hotel again

Filas imensas para check-in , mais de uma hora aguardando, mais de 40 min para checkout, falta logística para atender os hóspedes. Camareira entrando no quarto antes das 08h da manhã, sem sequer se anunciar, em pleno domingo, sem respeito algum ao espaço e descanso alheio, ainda mais considerando que o horário de checkout é ao meio dia.

O forte do hotel é a infraestrutura para as crianças. A comida não é boa, a bebida é fraca, os quartos são mais ou menos, sendo que o banho é ruim demais. Uma coisa que não gostei é que quando falamos com os colaboradores, eles sorriem e não fazem nada. Exceção da pessoa que trabalha no bar do piano - excepcional, educado e resolve.

Falta separar ambientes para niños, muy multitudinaria y molesta su presencia por todos lados. Falta un comedor tranquilo para adultos. La comida regular, un único comedor donde se amonntonan todos los huéspedes no es de un hotel 5 estrellas. Muy buena infraestructura, servicio que debe mejorar.

O lugar é maravilhoso, o quarto é confortável e limpo, os funcionários são ótimos, as piscinas são com águas termais, tem acesso livre ao Blue parque. Tanto o café como o jantar valem muito à pena, a comida é muito boa.
