Location was OK. Place is overrun with misbehaving children, and several guests (not staff) were quite rude. Our initial rooms were quite bad and it took until about 10:30 pm to finally get into some decent rooms for us and our 2 adult children. We would not stay there again, given a choice.

The people in charge of customer service are extremely slow and inefficient at check-in and check-out. It is surprising how they do not offer to help when someone is free, besides they do not explain anything, they do not understand Spanish or English (I asked specifically this and the woman said no) considering that there are dozens of foreigners in that place. When we got to our room, we realized that it had not been cleaned or maybe other people were still there and we had to go out again to ask the reservation desk for another one. The facilities seemed average to me for the premium price they charge and the dinner options are limited. I had to go to eat at the MyMabu hotel next door to find more variety. The next day they told us that we could continue using the pool after check-out, but when we arrived at the pool we were surprised that we needed bracelets to do so, nobody explained it to us, we walked back 200 meters to ask for it again. Moreover, At evening the pools had a smell, I don't know if it was because of the large number of people. I don’t think I would visit this hotel again

Equipe de serviço do restaurante para almoço e jantar foi muito ruim em alguns dias esqueceram de trazer bebida, um dia cobravam só bebida alcoólica outro dia cobravam bebidas não alcoólicas. Erro? Confusão? Teve jantar que não tinha reposição da comida logo no início. Horários para café da manhã eram tarde só a partir da 7:30 muito ruim pra quem pegou voo 8:00 p ex. Só sei que o Maître Executivo foi violento e agressivo quando coloquei fui exposto diante de vários hóspedes, nunca passei por isso i. Cinco estrelas só no totem.

Fomos bem recebidos, hotel com ótimas acomodações, piscinas termais, área de jogos, recreadores, excelente estrutura. Acesso livre ao Blue Park a partir de uma hora antes da abertura ao público - só que lá não tem água termal, ótimo para refrescar o calor! A 1 minuto do shopping, vantajoso para as refeições, embora haja um restaurante a quilo no hotel também.

Bom local para família

Já nos hospedamos algumas vezes e gostamos muito do lugar. Nessa vez achamos que o hotel pode ter melhorias, as piscinas na parte do hotel já foram melhores e agora estão focando parede mais na parte do My Mabu e Blue Park. Fomos em Julho e aquecimento das piscinas poderia ser melhor.
