terrible service, avoid

really bad experience. The boarder was closed and this hotel didn't have people to speak english. we spoke spanish and refused to help out. they were not willing to give us a refund either. I don't recommend a place with bad service and attitude.

Chegando dia 28/11 para check in o atende foi atender estava assistindo tv levantou com má vontade e foi muito grosso. Banheiro não estava muito dos limpos, quarto com mau cheiro. Café excelente, café era as 7 começou 7:15.

Ficamos num quarto no térreo, tinha cheiro de mofo, as camas são ruins, a piscina é grande e boa porém não tem ninguém dando manutenção para tirar as folhinhas e insetos, tivemos que usar assim. O café da manhã é bom.

Quarto limpo, porém muito antigo, e com valor caro referente a água mineral no frigobar. Funcionarios atenciosos e solicitos. Café da manhã com bastante opções. Bom estacionamento, embora não tenha usado. Pode melhorar na manutenção do banheiro, pois o meu tinha vazamentos e ficava inundado.

Hotel muito bom. Cama confortável, quarto espaçoso e banheiro com boa ducha apesar das mesmas estarem intupudas e com vasão comprometida. Estacionamento free e amplo. Atendimento cordial e simpático. Café da manhã excelente e variado. Reposição rápida e qualidade excelente. A piscina é seu entorno são muito bonitos. Localização com fácil acesso e próximo ao centro, Shopping e rodoviária.

Café da manhã muito bom, recepção muito boa. Chuveiro parecia estar meio entupido e banheiro com mal cheiro. Piso estava um pouco grudento, acredito que seja por causa do produto de limpeza. O nosso quarto era virado para a rodovia, a noite tem muito barulho de carro, acho que por causa da janela que é antiga e não fechava direito. Parece um prédio antigo e talvez precise de uma reforma nos quartos.
