Room very clean but a bit spartan with one small desk and no other shelving other than small bed side tables. The beds were very comfortable. The facility was very clean. Pool area and bar with food was very good. Staff throughout, reception, pool, and breakfast were terrific. Breakfast buffet is amazingly large and complete. Omelettes excellent! Would certainly go again but with a better room.

I was probably a very nice and beautiful hotel in the past but it kind of needs a little work and love. The staff was amazing and very nice. Overall for the price it was acceptable. I would go back probably. Good thing too is that it’s 10 minutes from the airport and they came pick us up with a shuttle upon arrival.

This is an outstanding hotel at an excellent price. The room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was out of this world with a fantastic selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury. The eco-garden was lovely and the facilities looked great even though there was no time to experience them on a very short visit. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzis would have been an undoubted highlight if our stay hadn’t been so short. June is a quiet and comparatively chilly month in Iguazu. In the summer months I would think the outdoor area would prove very popular, especially for families. The room had a well stocked fridge at reasonable prices and there was a useful souvenir shop in reception. The only drawback was the somewhat isolated location. A vehicle would be essential. That said it was pretty easy to order a taxi.

Great location if you're going to the falls

We had a great stay, the hotel is near the bus stop, offers trips to local events. Breakfast is good too.

The curb appeal was not good due to the new road being constructed , but from the entrance onwards, the hotel exceeded all expectations . It smelled clean and fresh, the public areas were spotlessly clean and the staff gave the warmest welcome from the moment we stepped in through the door . The language barrier did not provide any issues and the staff worked really hard to make us feel at ease and looked after . The facilities were excellent and the staff in the pool bar and restaurant were all so pleasant and friendly. João in the bar was an absolutely fantastic guy who was always there with a smile and had a great sense of humour . The rooms, although basic , had perhaps the best showers we’ve used in our total time in Brazil . The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel.

When I booked for 2 rooms I thought each room will be the same room each other….‘couse I payed for 2 same rooms and not for different…and they me for me and my sister complete different rooms…my was good exactly what I booked and the 2nd room poor with cockroaches…disgusting
