"+ It was a rainy weekend, and check-in staff kindly and proactively upgraded my stay from a queen to a king at no extra cost. + My room had a pleasant, unique character with different textures and styles. Everything was clean and functioned properly. - I was told that the parking fee to the adjoining garage would be covered, but a $40 fee was charged to my card and never reimbursed."
