Rafael an staff, make Xaina a paradise, one block from fabulous Cumbuco Beach. Swimming in the pool at evening listening to "Hey Jude" while sipping a fresh hand made Caipirinha was devine for me. Cant find this level if genuine hospitality at Hilton, Marriot or Hyatt, love this Pousada!

O atendimento foi ótimo, as pessoas super receptivas. Café da manhã variado. A cama super confortável, o quarto limpo e o ambiente tranquilo. Não tem estacionamento interno, porém existem vagas nas frente da pousada com monitoramento o tempo todo por câmeras. Piscina e jacuzzi muito boas também. Fica a uma quadra da praia e bem perto do centrinho, dá pra ir a pé.

Um pouco à quem do esperado.

A equipe do hotel é bastante simpática e solícita. Fomos muito bem tratados durante toda a estadia. Entretanto, ficamos um pouco decepcionados com a infraestrutura da pousada, considerando que alega-se ser uma pousada de charme. A pousada necessita de bastante manutenção. Tivemos que trocar de quarto após a primeira noite, pois a vibração do maquinário central do ar condicionado nos impediu de dormir. Já no segundo quarto, o banheiro estava vazando bastante água e o chuveirinho do vaso sanitário estava quebrado. O proprietário se incumbiu de contornar a situação, mas sem sucesso. Permanecemos toda a estadia com o vazamento. O chuveirinho foi substituído imediatamente. O quarto é simples, mas bastante confortável. Possui uma varanda gostosa também. Sentimos falta de mais uma prateleira no armário, e mais cabides, considerando dois hospedes. O banheiro, entretanto, é bastante pequeno. Não há muito espaço para apoiar itens de higiene, por exemplo. No café da manhã, que está previsto para ir até às 10h, logo no primeiro dia, chegamos às 9h e já não havia mais pão de sal/francês e fomos informados que não haveria reposição. Ademais, era um café da manhã simples, bem gostoso, com possibilidade de pedir omelete, tapioca e cuscuz, feitos na hora.
