Adoramos o charme do hotel. Tive até surpresa no meu aniversário com bolo, balões e fotos. O café é maravilhoso, acomodação bem espaçosa e funcionários gentis. A estrutura externa e tamanho dos quartos são bons, porém a falta de limpeza, manutenção e qualidade de atendimento, que são péssimos, removem toda expectativa de conforto que se espera numa hospedagem em pousada que faz parte do “roteiro de charme”. Quartos em péssimas condições do banheiro: chuveiro elétrico sem pressão e sujo, cheio de mofo, boxe idem e vazando, vaso sanitário entupido, água do chuveiro e pia é salobra, péssima! Formigas para todos lados, toalhas feito lixas, equipe com falha de atendimento e treinamento, comida sem tempero, morosidade. Piscinas sujas, chão sujos. Não voltarei e não indico.
