Ar-condicionado sujo, quarto econômico no subsolo com cama desconfortável, café da manhã pouco variado e com opções não saborosas, o básico não tava MT bom. A piscina eh boa e a área de lazer e de baixo eh agradável, mas de resto, não recomendo!!!! Até barata no quarto do subsolo vimos.

Vi pelos comentários muitos pontos negativos sobre o hotel , porém reservei uma estadia e avaliar conforme a minha própria experiência Enfim , fomos muito bem recebidos o quarto estava bem limpinho com camas arrumadas e lençóis com toalhas de banhos bem conservados é bem passados , o banheiro é pequeno porém bem limpinho , vi manutenção constante na piscina pessoas trabalhando na limpeza constante , café da manhã simples porém bem servido , localização ótima em frente ao hotel tem pessoas transitando aproveitando a noite linda sem nenhum incômodo Nota 10 me surpreendeu muitooo esse hotel foi o melhor de custo benefício em todos aspectos Voltaremos com certeza

Cheguei ao quarto por volta das 14h querendo tomar um banho e não tinha toalhas e nem lençóis. Conversei com uma camareira e ela me informou que o pessoal da lavanderia ainda iria passar, porém ela me arrumou uma toalha. Passei a tarde e a noite falando com a recepção e pedindo lençóis e toalha.Os lençóis só chegaram as 21:30h depois de muita reclamação e eles ainda mentiram dizendo que foram no quarto e chamaram só que ninguém respondeu.Fiquei no quarto o tempo inteiro e ninguém apareceu.Um completo descaso com o cliente.

Fomos bem recebidos na chegada, a entrada do hotel causa uma boa impressão. Porém, ao entrar, percebemos que o local precisa de algumas manutenções e maior cuidado com a limpeza. Como ficamos apenas uma diária, valeu a pena pela praticidade. No entanto, gostaria de deixar uma observação sobre o atendimento no café da manhã: os funcionários não foram simpáticos e chegaram a ser grossos quando pedimos para tomar café um pouco antes do horário oficial (o café começava às 6h e chegamos às 5h48, pois tínhamos voo marcado). Entendemos que existem regras, mas a forma como foi comunicado poderia ter sido mais cordial. No geral, a estadia foi razoável, mas acredito que o hotel pode melhorar em manutenção, limpeza e principalmente na simpatia do atendimento.

Pontos positivos: localização (apesar da praia do futuro ser pouco movimentada a noite, de frente ao hotel tem movimento e Food truck) Funcionários atenciosos, a começar pela recepção e a equipe da limpeza. Café da manhã bom, com destaque a tapioca de chocolate. Quartos bons, ar-condicionado novinho, piscina agradável e bem bonita, sempre limpa. Estacionamento bom e fácil de estacionar. Como sugestão apenas para ficar ainda melhor: Colocar uma cadeira em cada quarto e uma mesinha na varanda, senti também falta de copos no frigobar.
