It's very close to Iracema Beach (an easy 6-7 minute walk) but far away enough that it's calm and quiet. The staff here is excellent -- if you take the time to get to know them, they treat you like family.

Fomos bem recepcionados no hotel e sua localização facilitou nosso deslocamento. Afinal de contas fica bem próximo da praia de Iracema. Foram dias maravilhosos!!!

Muito satisfatória a estadia.

A Estadia foi boa, porém existem alguns pontos que precisam ser melhorados. A manutenção dos equipamentos de ar-condicionado por exemplo, a falta de área de lazer para quem tem crianças é um ponto a ser melhorado. Agora o diferencial todo da estadia está no atendimento ao cliente que é excelente, o hotel acertou no quesito atendimento.

Hotel razoável

O hotel não oferece área de lazer, o que o indica mais aos viajantes à negócio do que aos turistas em buscar de diversão. O quarto que fiquei era muito bom, no entanto, meu tio e esposa que ficaram em outra suíte reclamaram do ar condicionado barulhento. A equipe de recepção é o ponto forte do hotel. Tivemos um problema com a reserva que foi prontamente solucionado por eles na chegada, precisamos de um médico e rapidamente elas também providenciaram uma boa indicação. Nessa época de ano novo 2015/2016, Fortaleza estava muito lotada e tivemos dificuldades para locar um carro, no entanto, novamente a equipe do hotel se empenhou para que conseguíssemos um veicúlo. A localização é boa!O café da manhã era reposto com morosidade, inclusive faltavam copos e talheres em diversos momentos.

Hotel und Zimmer waren grundsätzlich in Ordnung, auch das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, allerdings gab es ein riesiges Problem: Ameisen. Als ich am Morgen meinen Laptop aufgeklappt habe, liefen aus der Tastatur, den Lüftungsschlitzen und sonst wo her lauter winzige Ameisen. Natürlich betraf das Problem auch meine restliche Ausrüstung - ein absolutes No-Go.

um bom hotel que precisa rever sua logistica.

segunda vez que retorno a estehotel, considerava bom mas desta vez não encontrei um atendimento aceitável. APENAS um atendente na recepção e um para carregar malas. Acho que esta faltando pessoal . Os que lá estão são gentis e atenciosos mas insuficiente para um bom atenmdimento, No cafe da manha a reposição deixa a desejar causando demora na execução do seu pedido. resumindo: falta pessoal.A rua onde fica o hotel era muito calma, hoje causa medo. transformou-se em dormitório para catadores de papel e drogados. uma pena.
