Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

Os quartos com lençóis e fronhas manchados. Tudo que os outros quartos conversam vc ouve, barulho do corredor o tempo todo. Cafe da manhã escasso. Lugar um pouco perigoso mesmo sendo 4 min de caminhada pra praia. Apenas um recepcionista foi educado e conversou.

Era aniversário da minha mãe e pelas fotos parecia um hotel legal. Me senti bem enganado. A maçaneta da porta estava quebrada, porta emperrada, parede quadrada, o chuveiro nã esquentava e pra ajudar parecia que não tinham limpado o quarto. Foi uma noite péssima. Falaram que iam arrumar no dia seguinte e não arrumaram, tive que pedir pra mudar de quarto.

As pessoas que atendem são maravilhosas e bem receptivas. A limpeza acontece todos os dias, se você pedir eles limpam. A infra estrutura é um pouco antiga, o andar que eu fiquei não era possivel usar o elevador, embaixo da cama tinha algumas baratas pequenas, mas tirando isso gostei muito da estadia e com certeza voltaria de novo, pois é numa otima localidade com um preço bom.

O atendimento foi zero cordial durante toda a estadia, os metais e limpeza do banheiro péssimos com muita sujeira e itens enferrujados e a vista para o mar não compensa por ser muito distante com muitas casas abaixo da sacada que atrapalham o visual. Além disso, acústica do quarto nota zero e o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. A cereja do bolo foi uma mini barata na cama!
