No hot water while we were there - front desk agent stated that they were working on it. Surprised and sad they never got it fixed. No coffee cups anywhere in the morning for complementary coffee. No hair dryer in the room. The barebones concept and price were great until the expected basics were left lacking. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer at check in, props to them! Very clean hotel.

Too many extra charges I was disappointed about the extra charge for additional devices and the one device wifi was very poor. The charge weekly for towels was ridiculous. Hotel was clean and adequate but I wont go back

The front desk lady was really nice and the area was clean, however one of our beds had a very thin decorative cover and no real blanket, the halls smelled strongly of marijuana smoke although it wasn’t in our room luckily. We put that we had three people and still only got two towels and wash cloths and no hand towels. My brother was staying there as well and had no towels, no shower curtain. And the trash cans were full and we had to empty them from the previous people. The front desk closes at a certain time so there was no real way to remedy this. In addition to all that- I was charged an additional $85 for the room that I had already paid for. This was not for incidentals which I clarified when she charged it. I told her I already paid for the room through hotels.com and she assured me it didn’t charge until she put it through on the computer- this was false and I now have both charges on my card. There were children running back and forth all night and no curtains just blinds so the room was bright all night. I spent $100+ on this room and there’s no complimentary breakfast either, it just seems like a lot for such little amenities.

There was a disgusting spill just outside the elevator on our floor that talked down the hall. We told the front desk. The young woman said she would clean it up (she didn't) like she was the only person working. Same next morning when we checked out. The mess was still there which we mentioned as we checked out....

Despite having a reservation and even calling in the morning to confirm and let them know I would arrive around 9pm, when I got there they said a large party came and took all the rooms but one. They checked me in, and I went up to find that last room was filled with power tools, no sheets, etc. Had to wait 20 minutes before someone came back to the front desk. He apologized and gave full refund, but still a big hassle.

This has been the worst hotel experience to date. Pet friendly but no attention to cleanliness. Pet hair on the linen in our room and a hair covered rug in the elevator. The smell throughout the hotel was unsatisfactory. Staff was unprofessional and literally told us that they would have to kick us out on Christmas because they would be closed. You couldn’t pay me to stay at this hotel again, just a bad experience overall.
