This was my second stay and i wasn't as impressed as the first time. The bed was extremely stiff and we were placed next to the elevator. It was pretty noisy with people going by. Not to mention, the room next to us played loud music past 10 pm and I had to call the front desk to let them know. All in all, I am not sure we will return.

Terrible service the guy who checked me in, charged me again for the room when I am showing him the confirmation information through the Experian application, I ask him why he is charging me for the room again and he replied that I will only charge the $20 of charges. The next day, I explained to the manager what happened and she told me that Expiria would return the money from my reservation. Illogical if I had already made a payment for expiration.... I'm still waiting for a solution.

Other than the bar being closed because someone didn’t show up for work… it was a good stay. I had read reviews saying that the Lobby bar was so fun… well, that wasn’t the case for us.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Our only problem was that we asked for connected rooms and were assured we would have them. Instead we were placed across the hall from one another so we asked for a change but they had no adjoining rooms left. We have young kids so it was a bit inconvenient.
