They are exceptional in their service and even when we had an alarm going off in our row while I was recovering after surgery, they kindly made things right and I appreciate it their efforts and their professionalism. We truly only ordered room service, but it was truly delicious (except for the pizza wraps… not very tasty and strange). We will come again!

I hadn't stayed at the Mansion for 20 years, but they still remembered me. Wonderful rooms and property, but it makes little sense to me that we had to find room service in order to order drinks in sitting on the patio because the restaurant closes 3 hours before the bar opens!

It’s a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. I only give a 4 star because my bathroom was out of shampoo and the hotel does not offer any selection of tea in the room. So if you are a tea enthusiast you could wait 1.5 hours and be charged over $20 for two tea bags. It’s not the price, it’s the standard and the lack of thoughtfulness. Also if you want camomile at night you’re out of luck. I hope someone in upper management fixes this problem since I’m sure there is a large population of people who drink tea and will be disappointed just like me.
