"Hotel room was good however the shuttle to and from the airport is very unreliable …had to wait over 40 minutes for pick up at airport (they have one van and if full by the time it pulls into your terminal then you have to wait 1/2 hour for the return)…when we left the hotel we booked a 7 am shuttle and at 7:15 were told the shuttle was tied up in traffic (on sunday morning no less)…so ended up getting a Uber which arrived in 3 minutes…do not depend on shuttle it is useless"

"Staff helpful at check in - cookies delicious. the room was dirty - floors (carpet) sticky and dirty. Shower did not get hot. wall paper peeling in the bathroom and over feel of unclean. Did not visit the amenities offered. "
